Groundworks is proud to partner with Jeff & Paige!

We believe learning should be hands-on, joy-filled, and even a little bit silly.
Jeff & Paige have brought that same playful spirit to families across Boulder for years
through their music. Now, we’re excited to bring our communities together.

Jeff & Paige Make
Learning Fun through Music

Jeff & Paige are an award-winning Boulder-based music duo who turn science and nature into unforgettable songs for kids and families. For over 20 years, they’ve been sparking curiosity through interactive storytelling performances and online science and nature activities that inspire kids to learn about the world around them.

From bats and rainbows to density and melting points, Jeff & Paige make learning joyful, accessible, and full of wonder. Their work blends music and live-action storytelling to empower the next generation of scientists and environmental stewards.

After-School Art Classes

When school lets out, our studios fill up. Summer Camps at Groundworks Art Lab offer immersive weeks where kids and teens can focus, experiment, and grow. Across clay, print, wood, metal, and glass, campers spend meaningful studio time developing new skills while exploring their own ideas.

Instructors provide demonstrations and steady support, balancing guidance with room for discovery. By the end of the week, campers head home with finished pieces and the confidence that comes from seeing their ideas take shape.

Week-Long Summer Camps for Ages 6-16

At Groundworks Art Lab, young artists from Boulder and beyond are invited into engaging art classes across a wide range of mediums and skill levels. Our youth catalogue includes structured courses in clay, printmaking, woodworking, metalworking, and glass arts, with age-appropriate projects that build confidence, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.

Classes run in sessions throughout the year and are offered on a Pay-What-You-Can basis, helping make arts education more accessible for families.

Celebrate Your Birthday with Us

We're birthday people here. Our parties light up the studio with color, movement, and imagination.

From the moment kids arrive, the studio feels like a playground for creativity, with clay on the tables and tools at the ready. After a quick demo, they'll dive right in, shaping, building, and painting side by side with friends. Our instructors guide the fun and keep things moving, supporting each guest as they bring their ideas to life. By the end, every guest leaves with their own artwork, fired and finished, a birthday memory they can hold in their hands long after the party ends.

Saturday Nights
are Date Nights

Being a parent can come with a full calendar, and sometimes you need a night that’s just for you.

Date Nights offer an inviting evening in the studio where adults can explore new materials together. With guidance from experienced instructors, you’ll work through a project in clay, print, metal, wood, or glass in a space that’s welcoming, supportive, and intentionally accessible.

It’s a chance to slow down, try something new, and connect through shared studio time.
